Santiam Wound & Infusion Center is a hospital based clinic that provides a range of non-urgent services for our community members throughout the Willamette Valley.

Our team of dedicated providers and nursing staff work closely with Primary Care Providers (PCP) and Specialty Clinics in the area to provide the best possible care for our patients.

We offer the following services:

  • Advanced wound care for acute and chronic wounds
  • Management of venous stasis edema
  • Foot Care
  • IV infusion: IV hydration, IV antibiotics, and other IV medications
  • PICC line management
  • Administration of subcutaneous (SQ) and intramuscular (IM) medications
  • Warfarin Management and Bridge Planning
  • Therapeutic Phlebotomy
  • Bladder scans for pre and post void residual
  • Other services: please contact us regarding additional services we may be able to provide

All patients seen in the Santiam Wound & Infusion Center require a referral order to be placed by a licensed medical prescriber.  Once the referral has been received and processed, patients are typically seen within 1-3 business days

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm (weekend and after hours care can be arranged)

  • IV infusion: IV hydration, IV antibiotics (daily or twice daily only), and other IV medications (note: we do not administer blood products, chemotherapy agents, or medications requiring cardiac monitoring)
  • PICC line management
  • Administration of subcutaneous (SQ) and intramuscular (IM) medications
  • Warfarin Management and Bridge Planning
  • Therapeutic Phlebotomy
  • Bladder scans for pre and post void residual

This hospital has the most wonderful staff! From the receptionist, doctors, nurses, everyone I’ve met have been the most caring and understanding individuals I’ve ever met. Ps the people who work in the kitchen who make the meals are outstanding!!
