We specialize in a wide range of treatments at our hospital and our clinics are designed to serve the medical needs of our communities.
Our hospital has a long history in the Willamette Valley, dating back to 1950 when the North Santiam area community leaders formed a nonprofit organization with its mission to build a community hospital. By 1953, the hospital doors open, after much appreciation to generous donations from more than 3,000 community individuals and businesses.
As the community grew, so did the hospital. In 2011, construction began on the west tower, which doubled the size of the hospital. Upon its completion in 2012, the hospital campus became home to the Santiam Surgery Center, Santiam Family Birth Center with a C-section unit on the same floor, and the Medical Surgical Unit/ICU.
The Santiam Surgery Center offers state-of-the-art technology with spacious surgical suites and same-day surgery options for patients all offered right in comfort of your community. Our Family Birth Center offers a wide range of birthing options, including the only hospital with in-room water labor tubs and telemedicine coloration with OHSU NICU. The ICU supports a range of critical care options with your care group highly trained ICU Nurses, Hospitalists, Pulmonologist, and Telemedicine with OHSU.
The Diagnostic Imaging Department offers pin-point accuracy and faster results with options to Nuclear Technology, Ultrasound, DEXA, and Digital Mammography all in the comfort if the Hospital. On-site specialties to name a few include Family Medicine, Cardiology, Board Certified Anesthesiologists, Midwifery, Orthopedics, Pulmonary, Podiatry, Infectious Disease, Obstetrics, and Internal Medicine.

Patient Reviews & Testimonials
Very kind Drs and caring staff. We are blessed to have a hospital in our community that is more than just an urgent care.
The staff make all the difference. These folks are genuinely caring, empathetic and committed to quality care. In 15 years, I've never regretted making them my hospital of choice. No matter what hospital might be closest to me, I'LL continue to make the short drive for my families medical needs. A hospital I can trust with my kids care.
Wouldn't go anywhere else. Short wait times, fast results, and the staff is professional and compassionate!
