Identification Badges
All Santiam staff wear identification badges that include a photograph, name and job title.
All patients wear an identification badge around their wrist to ensure staff can verify your identity and provide correct medication and treatment.
Newborn babies receive a wrist band at the time of birth that matches the mother’s. The matching wristbands provide an extra measure of security, which is confirmed every time baby is returned to the room.
