Santiam Hospital & Clinics provides funding to partners who are improving community health through sponsorships and program supports.
Gift in Kind (Property/Item)
Non-monetary contributions that directly support community health initiatives or outreach. Examples include equipment, supplies, or meeting space that enable programs addressing identified community needs.
Monetary Donation
Financial contributions to support direct community benefit activities. Funds may be used for supplies, outreach, or project expenses that deliver measurable health improvement or address documented community needs.
Volunteer Needs
Santiam Hospital will promote your volunteer opportunities to staff and assist in filling roles that advance community health objectives. Examples include event setup, registration, and other tasks that facilitate education, screenings, or services benefiting priority populations.
Table Host at Outreach Events
Santiam will provide staff to host a table focused on health education and engagement. Staff will share information, connect attendees to resources, and support activities that improve community well-being.
Funding Considerations
Santiam Hospital & Clinics Community Benefit provides sponsorship funding for community events and programs that address priority health needs identified in the Community Health Improvement Plan. These needs include, but are not limited to substance use, housing, behavioral health, economic stability, education, environment, health care access, nutrition, social support, community safety, and transportation.
Funding Guidelines
Priority will be within the service area of Stayton, Sublimity, Aumsville, Turner, Scio, Jefferson, Lyons, Mill City, Gates, Idanha, and Detroit.
Santiam Hospital & Clinics accepts requests on an ongoing basis. They are reviewed monthly. Allow at least 60 days for determination.
