Childbirth Preparation Class
This class is designed for pregnant women and support partners looking to learn more about the childbirth process and hoping to alleviate fears going into the experience. Discussions include birth physiology, comfort measures, natural childbirth, pain relief options, interventions, newborn care, bonding, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding.Â

This class is held as a series and offered either the first four Tuesdays of each month from 6:30pm-9:00pm or two Saturdays each month from 9:00am-1:00pm. Please contact Allison Gladney with scheduling requests. Sign up and view our upcoming class schedules below.
Class schedules are based on participation. Sessions may be rescheduled or unavailable if minimum enrollment is not met.

Baby & Me Community Connections Group
Parents and caregivers with babies under one year old are invited to join us on Fridays from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Come connect with other families, share the ups and downs of life with a new baby, and let your little ones play.
2nd and 4th Fridays: Doris’s Place, 955 East Santiam Street, Stayton. Light refreshments are served. Drop in at your convenience.
1st and 3rd Fridays: A no-host gathering at a local park. Visit our Facebook group for each week’s location.
