Job Description

Santiam Hospital & Clinics seeks an OB/GYN to join the medical team at Santiam Women’s Clinic, located on the hospital campus in Stayton, Oregon, 20 miles east of Salem and one hour south of Portland in the beautiful Willamette Valley.

Santiam Women’s Clinic is a busy and growing gynecologic and obstetric clinic delivering over 175 babies annually. We provide high-quality, personalized care encompassing the full spectrum of women’s health, from routine wellness to pregnancy, delivery and antenatal care. Our team currently includes one physician, one midwife, committed MAs and an experienced nurse manager of 15 years. All work collaboratively to ensure patients are supported and at ease during every phase of their health journey. MD in practice 20 years is eager to mentor a gynecological surgeon, with regular hysteroscopy and laparoscopy patients. Best of the Mid-Valley 2021 voted Best Place to Have a Baby.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a growing practice with over 175 babies delivered annually
  • In-office ultrasound, colposcopy, LEEP
  • Call rotation is 1:4
  • 3 full days in clinic; 1 surgery day
  • EMR: EPIC in 2023
  • Telemedicine for Pediatrics & NICU through Oregon Health Sciences University

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year Medical School
  • Board-Certified / Eligible
  • Unrestricted Oregon Medical license
