Free Scio Sports Physical Day & Back-to-School Resource Fair

💲 Cost: Free for all participants
Students can receive a free sports physical to help get ready for the upcoming school sports season. Families are also invited to connect with local community resources and support services at the resource fair.
No insurance is required. Families should bring sports physical forms pre-filled if possible. For students under age 14, a parent or guardian signature is required.
