Job Description
Santiam Hospital & Clinics seeks a Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our medical team at the Santiam General Surgery Clinic, located at the Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine Clinic in Stayton, Oregon.

Santiam Hospital’s Pulmonary Clinic provides comprehensive, community-based care for inpatients and outpatients with all types of lung and respiratory conditions. Our specialists are versed in the latest treatments and trained to care for patients suffering from a wide range of respiratory diseases and ailments.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in evaluation and management of the breadth of pulmonary conditions including COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease
- Evaluation and management of patients undergoing lung cancer screening
- Evaluation and management of patients with sleep disorders, including sleep disordered breathing, parasomnias, restless legs syndrome
- Be involved in ongoing quality and process improvement projects including lung cancer screening, sleep disordered breathing, COPD, and asthma
- Opportunity for evaluation and management of inpatients including consultation, follow up, and Critical Care Medicine/Cardiology
- Educating patients on the underlying conditions and the related testing modalities and treatments.
- EMR is Centriq in hospital, Athena in clinic
Job Qualifications
- Unrestricted Oregon licensure
(PA through Oregon Medical Board, or NP through Oregon Board of Nursing) - Prior relevant experience is preferred
