We are seeking a Mammography/X-ray Technologist to enhance our healthcare team of innovated leaders.
Santiam Hospital & Clinics is an independent, not-for-profit, 40 bed acute-care community-based hospital with 13 clinics across 8 specialties settled in the foothills of the Cascades serving many recreational sites as well as agricultural communities. We are looking for a PRN (As needed) and a full-time (40 hours per week) experienced technologist interested in performing mammograms, dexa and general x-ray including fluoroscopic procedures and surgical studies.
We are a close-knit, busy, small radiology department serving the Santiam Canyon area in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley. We have 1 brand new GE Pristina 3D Mammography unit, and fully digital X-ray units. We have a busy general radiography practice including fluoroscopic studies and surgical studies. We have an excellent team of imaging technologists, helping each other and providing excellent care for our patients. Our community hospital is mission centric and is focused on improving the health and well-being of its community members.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing screening and diagnostic mammograms
- General and orthopedic x-rays
- Fluoroscopic procedures and surgical procedures with a c-arm
- Primary modality will be mammography and dexa
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited institution
- Current mammography and radiography ARRT certification
- Current BLS
- Current OBMI license
