Santiam Memorial Hospital is an acute care, not-for-profit general hospital serving a population of more than 30,000 people, located in Stayton, Oregon.

Santiam Memorial Hospital has begun our next phase of construction, which will add 50,000 square feet to the hospital and nearly double our size. The addition replaces an aging structure built in 1953 and provides new surgical facilities, warm private patient rooms with views, and a state-of-the-art women’s center. Tours are offered every Tuesday at noon. Please call 503.769.9241 if you would like to attend a tour.

Patients of Santiam Memorial Hospital can be referred testing and treatment locally, using nuclear medicine to identify and treat a variety of health issues, including bone scans, cardio stress testing and liver/gall bladder functionality. Through nuclear medicine and echo cardiogram technologies at Santiam Memorial Hospital, it is possible to view heart function and performance, which can aid in early detection of heart attack and heart disease.
Nuclear medicine provides medical practitioners with information about structure and function, which is traditionally gathered through surgery or expensive diagnostic tests.
Thanks to its quality imaging, disease can be detected much earlier than traditional diagnostic tests. Treatment is directed toward the affected area and away from healthy tissue.
